Syrma SGS Technology has begun construction of a new printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh.
Developed through its subsidiary, Syrma Strategic Electronics, the plant is designed to strengthen the company’s role in India’s expanding electronics manufacturing ecosystem. The facility will produce a variety of PCBs, including single-layer and multi-layer boards, significantly boosting Syrma SGS’s production capacity. The project is also expected to create over 1,000 direct jobs, contributing to local economic development.
Syrma SGS has also entered into a joint venture with South Korea’s Shinhyup Electronics, combining global engineering expertise with India’s manufacturing capabilities. The partnership aims to enhance the plant’s competitiveness and ensure high-quality output. “The new facility will reinforce our position as a key contributor to the domestic electronics sector,” the company said.
