Autonomous by Design: The New TCS-Cisco CoE

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cisco have joined forces to set up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) dedicated to Autonomous Enterprise Operations. The initiative is designed to support enterprises in moving beyond rule-based automation toward intelligent, self-managing systems that can interpret context in real time and act independently.

In a joint statement issued on Friday, the companies said the CoE would enable zero-touch operations, helping organisations simplify complex IT environments and unlock exponential business value by eliminating operational friction.

The Centre of Excellence will function as an innovation and experience hub, allowing customers to explore and implement advanced levels of operational autonomy. TCS and Cisco intend to co-develop industry-specific solutions and demonstrate tailored offerings aligned with individual client requirements.
