Capacit'e Builds on Success with $13.6M Hinduja Group Project

Capacit’e Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹113.74 crore from the Hinduja Group for civil, structural, and optional works at Hinduja House in Worli, Mumbai.

The contract further reinforces the company’s strong presence in the premium commercial construction space. This follows a major ₹621 crore award in June from the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust for the Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment project.

In Q1 FY26 alone, Capacit’e has secured over ₹1,200 crore in new orders, including projects from Indus, Raymond, and a data centre for the High-Speed Rail corridor.

The company is targeting ₹3,600 crore in total order inflows by the end of FY26, with a projected 20% revenue growth, supported by a healthy project pipeline and continued traction in high-value urban infrastructure.
