The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to launch its IT City project on Sultanpur Road in January, giving land donors the first opportunity to select plots.
Spread across 2,660 acres, the project follows a land-pooling model in which donors receive 25% of the developed land—offering higher value compared to traditional acquisition. The township will include around 10,000 residential plots and is expected to house nearly one lakh residents upon completion.
Plot sizes will range from 72 to 200 sq. mtrs, and the master plan features a 200-acre green belt, a 15-acre sustainability-focused water body, and a new two-kilometre approach road connecting the site to Kisan Path. “The project is designed to offer significant benefits to the city and its residents,” an LDA official said.
