Lumino’s Power Move: 35,000 MT Expansion & IPO Horizon

Lumino Industries is expanding its Ranihati manufacturing facility by 35,000 tonnes per annum across a phased three-stage development. The first phase will introduce 10,000 tonnes by the second half of FY2027, with an additional 11,000 tonnes following in Q3 FY2028. This growth nearly doubles the plant's aluminum consumption capacity, allowing Lumino to manufacture high-tension power cables up to 66 kV. Alongside expanding its EPC operations for upcoming substations, the project complements the company's plans to raise approximately Rs 700 crore via an initial public offering (IPO).
