Smartworks Powers Up India's GCC Market with SmartVantage

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has introduced SmartVantage, a tailored solution designed to help foreign enterprises establish and scale large Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India.

In a recent regulatory filing, the company announced that SmartVantage will offer fully customisable, campus-style office spaces—some spanning over 500,000 sq. ft.—to align with each GCC’s operational needs and brand identity. With a robust portfolio of 12 million sq. ft. across 14 cities in India and Singapore, Smartworks is positioned to ensure multi-city continuity and fast-track operational readiness, with delivery timelines as short as 60 days.

Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director, emphasized the growing need among GCCs for flexibility, scalability, and speed. To further streamline market entry and expansion, Smartworks will offer curated partnerships to assist clients with legal, compliance, taxation, recruitment, operational consulting, and R&D support—creating a comprehensive ecosystem for global enterprises entering the Indian market.
