The Maharashtra Makeover: NBCC & MAHAPREIT Join Forces

NBCC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT) to undertake housing and urban development projects worth ₹25,000 crore in Maharashtra.

This strategic collaboration will encompass consultancy, fee-based, EPC, and redevelopment projects, covering the entire lifecycle from concept to commissioning. The projects will be executed in phases over the next three to five years.

NBCC also announced its foray into Maharashtra's redevelopment sector, following its proven success in Delhi. The partnership will focus on key infrastructure initiatives, including cluster development in Thane Municipal Corporation, data centers, renewable energy projects, slum rehabilitation in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and residential developments under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
