Vascon Engineers Secures Rs 225 Crore Goa Ropeway Project

Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Royal Rides for a prestigious infrastructure project in Goa, valued at Rs 225.46 crore. The project involves the design and construction of two terminal buildings and supporting ropeway tower infrastructure at Panaji and Reis Magos.

Awarded on a ‘design and build’ basis, Vascon will be responsible for both the architectural planning and execution of construction. The ropeway will span the Mandovi River, connecting Goa’s capital, Panaji, to the historic Reis Magos area. This initiative not only enhances urban mobility but also promises a scenic experience aimed at boosting tourism.

Royal Rides, a company focused on developing urban transport and tourism infrastructure, selected Vascon Engineers for their proven track record in complex infrastructure and civil engineering projects. The entire project is scheduled for completion within 36 months from the issuance of the LoI.

Vascon’s management has expressed confidence in delivering the project on schedule, emphasizing their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable construction practices.
