Agarwal Industrial Corp Secures Major HPCL Tender Win

Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited has secured a contract from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the supply of bulk bitumen, according to a regulatory filing by the company.

Under the terms of the contract, Agarwal Industrial Corporation will supply approximately 130,000 metric tonnes of VG-30 and VG-40 grade bitumen at HPCL’s facilities in Mumbai and Mangalore. The order is valued at around Rs 477.50 crore and will be executed in accordance with the specifications, delivery schedules and contractual conditions outlined in the tender.

The contract reinforces the company’s position as a key supplier in India’s bitumen and infrastructure materials sector and further strengthens its business relationship with HPCL, one of the country’s leading public sector oil marketing companies.

The order is expected to support the company’s revenue growth while enhancing its presence in large-scale infrastructure and road construction supply chains, where demand for bitumen remains closely linked to ongoing highway, urban development and transportation projects across the country.
