EIL Invites Bids for Topographical Survey at Numaligarh Refinery

Engineers India Ltd. (EIL), on behalf of Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. (NRL), has invited bids for carrying out a topographical survey for the proposed Polypropylene Unit (PPU) and its associated facilities at Numaligarh, Assam.

The scope of work includes conducting a topographical survey using Total Station Method and Electronic Total Station (ETS) equipment. It also involves the establishment and construction of grid pillars and permanent pillars at both Rajabari and the NRL Refinery site in Numaligarh. All work must comply with the tender specifications, relevant drawings, applicable codes and standards, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and other contractual requirements.

EIL has been appointed as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) consultant for NRL’s Polypropylene Project.

The deadline for bid submission is 08 July 2025.
