Engineers India (EIL) has floated a tender for the technology evaluation and licensor selection for its refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Ramayapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The scope of work involves the provision of proven technology for the gasoline hydro treating unit (GTU), which includes the supply of know-how, licenses, a basic engineering design package (BEDP), proprietary catalysts, and other relevant items or services. The technology being sought is primarily related to fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and Gasoline Hydro treating processes. The selected licensors will be responsible for providing the necessary expertise and materials to establish the GTU, helping BPCL move forward with the project. EIL has been tasked by BPCL to handle the evaluation and selection process for the technologies to be used in the complex.
The last date to submit the bid is 03 February, 2025.
