Valiant Advanced Sciences: New Gujarat Plant is GO.

Valiant Advanced Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valiant Laboratories, has commenced commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat, as of November 7, 2025.

This milestone marks a major step in strengthening the company’s backward integration strategy and expanding its specialty chemicals portfolio. The facility is dedicated to the production of acetic anhydride — a key chemical in the Ketene and Diketene derivatives category — catering to both domestic and international markets. The project has been supported by a significant capital investment, partly funded through proceeds from Valiant Laboratories’ Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Equipped with advanced manufacturing technology and a dedicated R&D centre, the new plant is poised to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce Valiant’s leadership position in the specialty chemicals sector.
