Hero Future Energies Secures $100M for Green Power

Hero Future Energies (HFE), through its special purpose vehicle Clean Solar Power, Barmer, has secured ₹1,024 crore (₹10,240 million) in funding from the State Bank of India (SBI) for its 60 MW hybrid peak power project in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh.

The project, contracted with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), is designed to deliver reliable hybrid peak power and comes with a repayment tenure of 21 years, ensuring long-term financial support for timely development and construction.

This initiative will enhance the region’s renewable energy capacity and grid stability, marking a key milestone in HFE’s efforts to expand India’s clean energy infrastructure and meet rising power demand through sustainable solutions.
