Hydrogen Horizons: Deep Industries Goes Green with Advait

Deep Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Advait Greenergy Private Limited as part of its strategic growth initiatives, the company announced on Friday. The collaboration aims to jointly bid for and execute green hydrogen projects issued by government bodies, public sector undertakings (PSUs), private companies, and other organizations in India and overseas.

Under the MoU, Deep Industries Limited and Advait Greenergy Private Limited will work together to prepare and submit joint bid proposals, technical documentation, and financial responses for tenders issued by entities such as NTPC, SECI, IOC, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, other PSUs, and state utilities. The agreement also includes cooperation in executing projects if awarded, in accordance with the respective roles and responsibilities outlined in the MoU.

This partnership strengthens both companies’ commitment to supporting the growth of India’s green hydrogen ecosystem while leveraging their combined technical capabilities and financial expertise to pursue large-scale renewable energy opportunities.
