Pace Digitek’s Lineage Power Sparks 10 GWh BESS Growth Roadmap

Pace Digitek is rapidly scaling its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) footprint through its subsidiary, Lineage Power. Key equipment for the current expansion phase has arrived, with the installation and commissioning of a new 2.5 GWh production line well underway and on track for completion by July 2026. This milestone will effectively double the company’s total manufacturing capacity from 2.5 GWh to 5 GWh.

Horizon-scanning for future demand, the company has already triggered its next expansion phase. Equipment orders are placed and infrastructure is prepped for an additional 5 GWh of capacity, aiming for a total capability of 10 GWh by Q3/FY27. To bolster execution speed and supply chain resilience, Lineage Power is also launching a dedicated container fabrication facility in Q2/FY27—positioning the company as a powerhouse for India's large-scale renewable integration.
