Assetz Expands Bengaluru Footprint with 200+ Acre Land Acquisition

Bengaluru-based residential developer Assetz has significantly expanded its presence in the city, acquiring 16 prime land parcels totaling over 200 acres in the past two years. These strategic acquisitions add 15 million sq. ft. of saleable area to the company’s portfolio and are located across key high-growth corridors in North, South, and Southeast Bengaluru. The new land bank is expected to deliver over 7,500 homes.

With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹15,000 crore, the development pipeline includes a diverse mix of residential offerings. Of this, three million sq. ft. has already been launched, while another 6.5 million sq. ft. across 10 projects is slated for launch in FY26. The upcoming projects will feature a blend of apartments, villaments, and plotted developments—each designed with Assetz’s signature approach to human-centric design, sustainable living, and high-quality infrastructure.

“In FY26 alone, we are launching 10 new projects with over ₹7,000 crore in additional inventory, setting the stage to double our turnover within three years,” the company stated. “Our mission is to redefine urban housing by delivering exceptional living experiences and setting new industry benchmarks.”
