Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured multiple engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) orders across India, strengthening its presence in the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
A key project has been awarded by the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation for the construction of Advait Lok (Acharya Shankar Museum Complex and Parking) at Omkareshwar in Khandwa district. The project involves developing a world-class museum designed to showcase the life and philosophy of Acharya Shankar, featuring intricate stone carvings and glass fibre reinforced concrete elements. The scope includes civil works, MEP services, external development, and five years of operations and maintenance, with a scheduled completion timeline of 36 months.
In addition, L&T has secured an order from the Government of Assam for the redevelopment of the R G Baruah Sports Complex in Guwahati, which includes the construction of a FIFA-compliant football stadium. The company has also won an order to build luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai, comprising structures of up to 66 floors with premium finishes and integrated MEP services.
