Dilip Buildcon Powers Up Madhya Pradesh with 100 MW Solar Project

Dilip Buildcon, through its joint venture DBL-APMPL (with a 74:26 equity split), has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for developing a 100 MW grid-connected, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Madhya Pradesh.

The project will operate under the captive mode, supplying power to the Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJNM) for 25 years from the date of commissioning. Located across approximately 315 acres in Ramnagar and Dhanwada villages of Suwasra tehsil, Mandsaur district, the project is expected to be completed within a 24-month construction period.

Electricity will be delivered at a fixed tariff of ₹2.09 per unit, using non-DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) solar modules.

This order represents a key step in advancing sustainable infrastructure and improving energy cost efficiency for public utilities, while reinforcing Dilip Buildcon’s growing presence in India’s renewable energy sector.
