Serentica Renewables has signed a Power Supply and Consumption Agreement (PSCA) with INOX Air Products (INOXAP), a leading Indian manufacturer of industrial, electronic, and medical gases.
Under the agreement, Serentica will supply 75 MW of hybrid renewable energy—comprising wind, solar, and storage—via an inter-state transmission system (ISTS) project. This clean energy will power four of INOXAP’s key manufacturing facilities across different states, significantly increasing the company’s renewable energy usage.
The round-the-clock hybrid energy solution enables flexible allocation across multiple sites, supporting INOXAP’s progress toward its net-zero goals. The partnership represents a major milestone in INOXAP’s decarbonisation efforts and aligns with India’s broader climate objectives.
This initiative is part of Serentica’s mission to accelerate the energy transition in hard-to-abate sectors.
