NDR Group, a Chennai-based warehousing firm, has commissioned its first solar power project at the Angadu facility in Chennai.
The 150 kW rooftop solar installation marks a key milestone in the Group’s sustainability journey and commitment to renewable energy. The project is expected to reduce carbon emissions, lower dependence on conventional grid power, and generate long-term energy savings. The initiative demonstrates NDR Group’s focus on integrating clean energy solutions across its infrastructure. The project was inaugurated by Chitra Soundarapandiyan, Superintending Engineer (West) at TANGEDCO, who served as the Chief Guest.
