Aurionpro Wins ₹200 Crore Smart City Contract from Panvel Municipal Corporation

Aurionpro Solutions has secured a ₹200 crore contract from the Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) to implement the Panvel Safe City initiative. The project will introduce cutting-edge smart city technologies aimed at enhancing safety and security across Panvel’s expanding jurisdiction, which now spans 110 square kilometers.

As the technology partner, Aurionpro will establish a state-of-the-art control command center, data centers, and advanced video analytics systems. These technologies will enable real-time monitoring and improve response times for emergencies, significantly boosting the city’s infrastructure.

Key AI-powered technologies like Facial Recognition, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and an e-Challan system will also be integrated into the project, enhancing surveillance capabilities. An IP-based Public Announcement system is set to further improve communication across the city.

The contract, awarded through a tender process, underscores Aurionpro’s leadership in providing smart city solutions. This initiative marks a major step forward in transforming Panvel into a safer, smarter city.
