Rs 220 Crore Deal: Capacit'e Powers Raymond's Bandra Development

Capacit’e Infraprojects has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from TenX Realty Ltd., a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Ltd., for the civil core and shell works of “The Address by GS – Bandra Project.”

The Rs 220 crore contract involves the construction of two basements, ground plus 23 floors, and associated non-tower areas at Nirmal Nagar, Off Western Express Highway, Bandra (East), Mumbai.
