IIM Nagpur Invites Bids for $20 Million Campus Expansion

The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIMN) has invited bids for a Rs 167.1 crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for “composite works” under Stage 1 of Phases II and III of its campus expansion at MIHAN.

Following the completion of Phase I—spanning approximately 60,000 sq. m and featuring an academic complex, administrative block, hostels, sports complex, staff housing, an Executive Education Block, and an entrepreneurship incubation centre—IIMN is now moving forward with Stage 1 of Phases II & III. This next stage will add around 31,656 sq. m of built-up area and will include a new hostel block, dining hall, academic and library blocks, an Executive Education Block, Director’s residence, and associated service facilities.

This expansion aligns with IIM Nagpur’s long-term vision to strengthen academic and residential infrastructure, enhance executive education capabilities, and create modern, functional spaces for its growing academic community.

The deadline for bid submission is September 1, 2025.
