Jharkhand's Bridge Boost: NH-522 Reconstruction Bids Open

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has invited bids for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for reconstructing minor bridges at km 92 and km 96 of NH-522 in Jharkhand.

The scope of work includes designing approach roads extending at least two km on either side of the bridges, finalizing the span arrangement for uniform flow distribution, and determining the alignment and orientation of river training works and bridge axes.

Additionally, the consultant will provide support for land acquisition, forest clearance, and utility shifting, if required, under the EPC mode. The project aims to enhance structural integrity and improve traffic movement in the region.

The deadline for bid submission is April 11, 2025.
