Heal Madhya Pradesh: Bid for Medical College Upgradation

The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has issued bids for establishing a new medical college and upgrading district hospitals in Guna and Ashoknagar. The project includes setting up a 100-seat medical college and enhancing existing hospital facilities in both districts.

The chosen bidder will be tasked with building, financing, operating, and maintaining the medical college and upgrading the district hospitals. Each project, valued at ₹260 crore, will be executed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

The initiative aims to improve healthcare infrastructure and medical education in the region, addressing the growing need for quality healthcare services.

Interested parties must submit their bids by October 3, 2024, for consideration.

This development is part of Madhya Pradesh's broader strategy to enhance healthcare access and quality across the state.
