The Planning Department of Uttar Pradesh has issued a tender for the construction of a new medical college building at the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) in Greater Noida. The project is set to cost approximately ₹152 crore and includes the development of the college building, library, and hostels.
This comprehensive project will cover design, engineering, and procurement tasks, and is scheduled for completion within 18 months. Following the construction phase, the project will include a defect liability period (DLP) of three years, during which maintenance and quality assurance will be ensured.
The tender represents a significant investment in the educational infrastructure of Gautam Buddha Nagar district, aiming to enhance the facilities at GIMS and support the growing demand for medical education.
Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 30 September 2024. This tender provides a key opportunity for firms specializing in large-scale educational and institutional construction projects, offering a substantial scope of work and long-term project management responsibilities.
