Phoenix Spaces Plans IT / ITES Office Complex in Telangana

Phoenix Spaces Private Limited is coming up with IT / ITES Office Complex Project at Sy. No. 285 part, 286 & 287, Puppalguda village, Gandipet mandal (previously Rajendranagar), Rangareddy district, Telangana. This project would be located in Telangana.

It is anticipated that the project will cost 1,400 crores.

The increasing demand for office space in the fields of IT and ITES in the Hyderabad area will be partially addressed by the new office complex.

The project is currently in the stage of being approved. Currently awaiting approval from the government. There is currently no other information that has been decided.
