NCCCL Wins Big: ₹112.5 Cr Contract for Lodha Alibaug

New Consolidated Construction Company (NCCCL), a leading engineering and construction firm in India, has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) for the construction of Tower 1 at Lodha Alibaug, a large-scale residential township located in Mandwa, Alibaug.

The project marks the first residential tower within the 200+ acre township and forms part of Phase 1 of the development. NCCCL’s scope includes the execution of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works for the tower as well as associated non-tower structures, constituting the core structural package of the high-rise project.

Valued at ₹112.5 crore, the contract covers approximately 7.26 lakh sq ft of built-up area. The development comprises a G+3 podium and 35 upper floors, along with critical infrastructure such as overhead tanks, lift machine rooms, and G+3 ancillary non-tower structures.

Construction will be carried out using a monolithic RCC system with aluminium formwork (Aluform), a method known for its speed, precision, and consistency in high-rise construction, leveraging NCCCL’s extensive expertise in executing large-scale residential projects.
