Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd (SIIL) has secured a ₹450 crore turnkey contract for constructing a Project Affected Persons (PAP) housing complex in Powai, Mumbai. Commissioned by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures—entities backed by Brookfield-managed funds—the project is part of a broader six-acre urban renewal initiative.
Phase 1 involves the development of 1.6 million sq. ft. of residential space along with comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, targeting a total of 2.0 million sq. ft. in this phase. The completed housing complex will be handed over to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) within 36 months.
Phase 2 will add 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail development, reflecting Brookfield’s long-term investment strategy in urban regeneration.
This contract adds to SIIL’s expanding project portfolio, which includes key assignments for major clients like Larsen & Toubro (L&T). With this win, SIIL’s order book rises to ₹1,725 crore, further cementing its position in the high-value urban infrastructure segment.
