Lemon Tree Hotels Expands with New Openings in Pathankot and Goa

Lemon Tree Hotels is set to enhance its portfolio with two new properties scheduled to open in FY 2026. The company has signed agreements for a Lemon Tree Hotel in Arpora, Goa, and a Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Pathankot. Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the management division of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The Lemon Tree Hotel in Arpora, Goa, will offer 57 modern rooms and a range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and spa. Positioned 30 km from Manohar International Airport, 42 km from Dabolim International Airport, and 48 km from Madgaon Railway Station, it enjoys excellent connectivity by road and will be the fifth addition to Lemon Tree's Goa properties.

In Pathankot, the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels will feature 44 well-furnished rooms along with a restaurant, banquet halls, meeting room, fitness center, and various public spaces. Located about 130 km from Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport and 8 km from Pathankot Cantt Railway Station, this hotel also benefits from robust road connectivity, serving both public and private transport needs.
