Ramada Resort & Residences to Debut in Nainital by 2027

Naini Habitat Developers (NHDPL) has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch the Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand. Set to open in 2027, this greenfield project will feature 155 keys, including villas, offering a range of amenities such as all-day dining, banquet halls, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and various recreational facilities.

Strategically located on eight acres of scenic land near the Kainchi Dham Ashram, the resort will provide guests with stunning mountain views and access to activities like hiking and boating. Nainital, nestled in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas, is a renowned hill station, making it an ideal location for this luxury resort.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for NHDPL in developing a landmark property in this popular holiday destination. The Ramada Resort and Residences aims to cater to both leisure and business travelers, offering a blend of luxury and practicality.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, is behind the brand, which is known for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. With a global presence of approximately 9,200 hotels across 95 countries, Wyndham's involvement underscores the project's significance.
