APSEZ acquires Dependencia Logistics in ₹37.77 crore deal

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Mandhata Build Estate, has acquired a 100% stake in Dependencia Logistics from Windson Projects for ₹37.77 crore, via a share purchase agreement.

Incorporated in Mumbai in February 2022, Dependencia Logistics is yet to commence operations. The company was formed to offer transportation and logistics services for a wide range of goods. Its authorised and paid-up share capital is ₹10 lakh, with no revenue recorded to date.

The acquisition, funded entirely through cash consideration, is part of APSEZ’s strategy to strengthen and expand its logistics business footprint across India.
