Trump World Centre Pune: A New Era for India's Commercial Real Estate.

The Trump Organization, in partnership with Tribeca Developers, is set to enter India’s office property market with its first commercial project in Koregaon Park, Pune.

Spanning 4.3 acres, Trump World Centre Pune will feature two 27-storey office towers covering 1.6 million sq. ft., with integrated retail spaces. One tower will offer for-sale strata offices, while the other will accommodate larger leasable office spaces.

Developed in collaboration with Kundan Spaces, the project involves a ₹1,700 crore investment and is expected to generate ₹2,500 crore in revenue. Funding will be a mix of equity, debt, and pre-sales. Additionally, Tribeca Developers aims to introduce at least three more Trump-branded residential projects in India this year, with total investments between ₹6,000 and ₹7,000 crore.

India currently hosts four Trump Tower properties in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata. The brand is also exploring opportunities in the hospitality and luxury villa sectors.
