Maruti Suzuki is ramping up its SUV push by expanding its Kharkhoda facility in Haryana. With the recent addition of a second production line pushing capacity to 500,000 units—and plans to hit one million—the automaker aims to ease supply bottlenecks for top sellers like the Brezza and Fronx. Senior Executive Officer Partho Banerjee highlighted that the increased output will slash customer waiting times, serving as a critical stepping stone toward Maruti's broader goal of reaching a 4-million-unit annual capacity.
