UP Real Estate Gets a ₹417 Crore Power Boost!

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved seven new real estate projects across five cities in the state, with a total investment value of ₹416.94 crore.

These projects will add 1,024 residential and commercial units in Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly, and Meerut. In Noida, two commercial projects worth a combined ₹181.36 crore have been approved, comprising 298 units. Mathura will receive two residential projects valued at ₹154.92 crore, adding 565 housing units.

Lucknow has been cleared for one commercial project costing ₹27.65 crore, offering 30 units. Bareilly will see a residential project worth ₹24.56 crore, providing 106 units, while Meerut has been approved for a mixed-use project valued at ₹28.45 crore with 25 units.

These approvals are aimed at promoting balanced urban development and strengthening both residential and commercial infrastructure across Uttar Pradesh.
