ITC Hotels Plants Luxury Flag in Patna with New 140-Room Property

ITC Hotels has signed definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Pvt. Ltd. (KIHPL) to manage a new 140-room luxury hotel in Patna, Bihar, under the state’s broader tourism development initiative.

The upcoming hotel, set on a 1.5-acre site, was awarded to KIHPL through a competitive bidding process by the Bihar government, with ITC Hotels appointed as the hospitality operator. This project marks a significant addition to ITC’s luxury portfolio in eastern India, reinforcing its commitment to showcasing culinary excellence, signature service, and regionally inspired experiences.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels, highlighted the brand’s focus on celebrating local culture, architecture, and traditions, ensuring each property offers a unique reflection of its location.

Manish Kumar, Director of KIHPL, expressed pride in contributing to Patna’s evolving commercial and cultural landscape, and underscored the collaboration’s role in enhancing Bihar’s tourism and hospitality ecosystem.
