Lemon Tree's Eighth Property Opens Doors in Uttar Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the opening of its newest property—Lemon Tree Hotel, Chandausi—marking the group’s eighth hotel in Uttar Pradesh.

The property is being developed in two phases and will ultimately offer 61 rooms and suites. Phase I, now operational, features 31 well-appointed rooms, the signature Citrus Café (a multi-cuisine restaurant), and spacious banquet facilities.

Phase II will introduce:

30 additional rooms and suites, The Republic of Noodles, Lemon Tree’s Pan-Asian dining concept, A Pool Bar & Grill, A fitness centre, A swimming pool, Expanded banqueting and event spaces

Located in Chandausi, a historically significant town in Sambhal district, the hotel offers both comfort and connectivity. The town’s name, believed to be derived from “Chanda Si” (meaning moon-like), reflects its cultural roots. Strategically situated on a key rail corridor linking Moradabad, Bareilly, and Delhi, Chandausi serves as a vital transit hub while preserving its small-town charm.
