Interarch Building Solutions has acquired 20 acres of industrial land in Attivaram Village, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, to establish a second manufacturing unit dedicated to pre-engineered heavy steel structures.
Strategically located adjacent to its existing plant, the new facility—twice the size of the current unit—will cater to growing demand from sectors such as infrastructure, data centres, semiconductor manufacturing, and renewable energy. This expansion will significantly increase production capacity, strengthen technical capabilities, and generate local employment, further reinforcing Interarch’s pan-India presence.
Commenting on the development, Managing Director Arvind Nanda said, “This expansion marks a key milestone in scaling our operations and delivering advanced structural steel solutions for large-scale, complex projects. It underscores our long-term commitment to supporting India’s infrastructure growth through innovation and skilled employment.”
The new facility follows the successful commissioning of Interarch’s Phase-1 Andhra Pradesh plant in September 2024. Construction of Unit 2 is currently in progress, with commissioning expected by the end of June 2025.
