Modstruction Hits India: AG&P & Pragati Infra’s $100M Bold Move

AG&P Industrial, a global leader in modular construction and Modstruction technology, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Pragati Infra Solutions (PISL), an Indian EPC and infrastructure company.

The collaboration will establish India’s first advanced modular EPC and fabrication manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh. The MoU was signed at India Energy Week 2026 in the presence of senior industry leaders, including Atul Gupta of Engineers India. The strategic partnership is aimed at forming a joint venture (JV) to develop fabrication yards, modular EPC infrastructure, and localised manufacturing solutions for the oil and gas, LNG, and energy transition sectors.

Combining AG&P’s more than 70 years of expertise in modular construction and full asset lifecycle services with PISL’s strong execution capabilities, the venture is expected to play a significant role in modernising India’s industrial infrastructure. The project will involve an investment of USD 100 million and is targeted for completion by 2027.
