Kesar India has acquired a strategically located land parcel in Hingna, Nagpur, marking a significant step in its national expansion plans.

The 24,256 sq. m plot, with a development potential exceeding 1.5 million sq. ft., is slated for a mixed-use high-rise project designed to meet Nagpur’s growing demand for integrated urban spaces. The project is expected to generate approximately Rs 900 crore in revenue, reinforcing Kesar India’s growth trajectory in one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing regions.

According to company management, the acquisition strengthens its project pipeline and underscores its commitment to delivering high-quality developments across India.
