RSCL Board 31: Smart City Momentum Takes Center Stage

The 31st board meeting of Rourkela Smart City Ltd. (RSCL), held on 19 November 2025 under the chairmanship of Anu Garg, reviewed the progress of ongoing projects and discussed upcoming development plans.

Key focus areas included expediting the completion of the Integrated Command and Control Centre and acknowledging the steady progress of the ‘rOURkela One’ initiative. The board also stressed the need to enhance the Tribal Museum, particularly its soft components such as content development, tribal huts, and craft displays. Updates were presented on several other initiatives, including the large recreation park and the Vedvyas heritage development project.

RSCL officials and stakeholders, including Usha Padhee and Subhankar Mohapatra, participated in the meeting, providing guidance and helping establish timelines for the completion of crucial infrastructure projects.
