Powering the Peak: NTPC Scores 500 MW in Major SECI Green Tender

NTPC Renewable Energy is making major strides in dispatchable clean energy, securing a 500 MW allocation under SECI’s latest Assured Peak Power Tender (FDRE-IX). Secured at a tariff of ₹6 per kWh via e-reverse bidding, the project aligns with SECI's 6,000 MWh initiative designed to meet critical peak-period electricity demands.
