Chennai's New Hub: P&C Projects Tapped for Development

P&C Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a civil works contract awarded by Bridge & Roof (India) Limited.

The contract, valued at ₹145.48 crore, involves the execution of key civil construction works—including piling, structural, architectural, and associated tasks—as part of the integrated development of a multimodal facility complex with Kuralagam at Broadway, Chennai.

This win highlights P&C Projects’ technical capabilities and competitive pricing in the execution of complex infrastructure projects. The upcoming multimodal facility is envisioned as a major urban mobility hub, seamlessly integrating various modes of transport to improve connectivity and commuter experience in Chennai.

The scope includes end-to-end implementation in line with approved design and quality standards, marking a significant milestone in the city's ongoing efforts to modernize its infrastructure and enhance public transit systems.
