A New Wave of Innovation: Grundfos Opens GIEC in Chennai

Grundfos India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Denmark-based Grundfos, has inaugurated the Grundfos Intelligent Experience Centre (GIEC) in Chennai.

The centre showcases the company’s technology-driven water solutions, including advanced pumps, smart controllers, monitoring systems, and digital tools. It has been designed to demonstrate the entire water lifecycle—from intake and treatment to distribution, industrial processing, cooling, and reuse.

According to the company, the GIEC will function as a knowledge and engagement hub for a wide range of industry stakeholders, including end-users, OEMs, policymakers, consultants, contractors, facility managers, and sustainability leaders. The initiative aims to support informed decision-making in water management while promoting the adoption of efficient and sustainable technologies.
