Elan Group’s ₹1,600 Cr Bet on Ultra-Luxury Living

Gurugram-based Elan Group has announced plans to invest nearly ₹1,600 crore in developing an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 49, Gurugram.

Named Elan The Statement, the project will span approximately six acres. The first phase will feature 230 four-bedroom residences, each ranging from 4,300 to 4,500 sq. ft., offering high-end finishes, private lift lobbies, and a two-homes-per-core layout. The architectural design, led by London-based firm Benoy, will showcase a distinctive metal-and-glass façade, setting the development apart in the region. The project aims to provide an elevated living experience with a full suite of amenities catering to all age groups.
