Migsun Group to Develop Rs 90 Crore Studio Apartment Project in Lucknow

Migsun Group has announced plans to invest ₹90 crore in developing a studio apartment project adjacent to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow. The project is part of Migsun Lucknow Central, a larger mixed-use development, with delivery expected before Diwali.

The studio apartments will cater to both end users and investors, with units priced around ₹60 lakh. Each unit will be fully furnished, covering a size of 650 sq. ft. and equipped with branded appliances, making them an attractive option for those seeking a modern, ready-to-move-in home.

Migsun recently acquired a five-acre land parcel from Medanta Group for this project, which is strategically located for healthcare professionals and hospital visitors. Migsun Lucknow Central spans 20,239 sq. meters and includes high-street retail, a food court, and business suites.

The total investment in Migsun Lucknow Central is ₹426 crore, and the company aims to create an iconic retail and residential hub in the city. The development will significantly enhance the area’s real estate value, attracting more businesses and residents.

This project is classified as an investment, not a tender or contract, marking Migsun Group’s continued growth in the real estate sector.
