Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched Sterling Valley of Pine, Lansdowne, a boutique mountain retreat nestled near Gumkhal and surrounded by dense pine forests.

The new property strengthens Sterling’s presence in Uttarakhand, taking the company’s total resort count in the state to nine and reinforcing its footprint in one of India’s most sought-after hill and forest tourism destinations. Designed as a serene, view-centric escape, the resort caters to travellers seeking privacy, outdoor experiences, and a slower, more immersive pace of life.

The resort is positioned to serve leisure travellers, intimate celebrations, leadership off-sites, and circuit tourism across Uttarakhand, particularly attracting visitors from Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh.
